House ATCs

I am making a series of ATCs for our next local trade.  They were inspired by Leanne Bishop, of Ruby Dog's Art House in Vancouver.  I have been thinking of doing a fold-out card ever since seeing something similar Leanne had made, and am finally getting around to it.  Each card is 10" long by 3.5" tall, and is folded three times to fit a standard ATC sleeve.  I used Twinkling H20s on watercolour paper, so they're nice and shimmery.

Speaking of Ruby Dog's, they are unfortunately closing in the very near future so if you're in the Vancouver area or visiting there make sure you drop by to pick up some of their wonderful stock before it's too late.

Mary Green's August Collage Challenge

Mary Green, of Green Paper, has a monthly collage challenge.  Anyone can enter.  August challenge closes August 8th if you are interested in playing along.  Be sure to check Mary's blog to see the other entries.

The idea is you have free access to some images and you need to use at least part of each in your composition.  Fun!  Here's my entry. The (blank) tag that I stamped on, the words, and the lady (whose head I replaced with a bird's head) were all part of the images Mary provided. 

New ATCs

It seems impossible that I haven't posted any work since May.  I hope you've been enjoying the summer - summer was late arriving here in Victoria, but it's certainly been lovely lately.
