Bleubeard and Elizabeth

I have been unable to leave messages to you for the past three posts because it stated "comments were closed." I was thrilled I was able to leave one today. I always love your Asian themes. They seem to be made for you. I still use the beautiful German scrap lanterns you sent me years ago, and I always think of you and your beautiful Asian inspired art when I do. I'm so glad you shared this with us to honor this year's Chinese New Year and the year of the Rooster.

BTW, I appreciate the comment you left on my Year of the Rooster. I promise to NOT tell the pink bird about your love of cats, too!

I have NO idea why I was unable to leave comments before, but I got here as quickly as I could today to be sure that you knew I visited and to let you know how much I love those hand drawn lanterns, too.

I adore your lanterns very original and a lovely idea.

Love a simple style which reflects orient image.

Ditto above that last week your blog revealed that "comments are closed." Bummer when technology goes bonkers! A great Asian-inspired postcard this week. The subtle background allows the elements you chose to command center stage! Love it!

Anne (Cornucopia)

Wonderful piece.
