This week, the them for Sunday Postcard Art is 'Numbers'. Of course I had to start with a bingo card - what else? I decided to just focus on numbers. I always say my 'lucky number' is 5 - probably because my birthday is August 5th. Do I really believe in 'luck' or 'lucky numbers'? Not really but I think they are fun, kind of like reading my horoscope in a magazine. And I certainly had fun making this card. I made my own number stencil with one of the ends I've cut off of my index cards to make them square this year for the ICAD challenge. I've ended up with lots of scraps this year!
I should also mention that the host is Audrey this week. Not only has she provided a great sample for us, she shares a name with my late Mum.
Ah, this is gorgeous. I am in awe. I like how the bingo card numbers show through and how the index card shows through the 5. I am truly impressed.
