aren't dolls creepy... doesn't stop me loving them though especially the bisque ones. wonderful postcard.

I can see how little Rosebud could be creepy. I'm sure she comforted your grandmother, but I can also see how she might creep you out. Regardless, I really enjoyed seeing a bit of nostalgia from your childhood. I really like how you gave Rosebud such a wild and colorful background. It's fun to see the two disparate pieces come together and fit so well together, too.

BTW, I agree that it's sad we didn't learn more from our families, or ask better questions concerning photos or life in general when we were young. Both the memories and the information are now gone.

Fabulous postcard..the doll reminds me of one I was given by an old neighbour when I was a child many moons ago...lol.
