Well one more edition of The Sketchbook Project is complete. I’ll be mailing this in over a week before the deadline - imagine that!
I chose the theme “Marks and Markers”. I don’t really use markers per se but maybe paint pens count. At any rate, the themes are loose and this seemed to fit the best.
What could be better than a Bingo cover?
Inside front cover:
Other pages in no particular order (because I’m lazy like that). I’m not going to comment on each page, just my faves...
Like this one - look, I hand stitched!
I loved the colours of this one - as you can see I’m using lots of gelli prints.
This might be my favourite composition.
I had fun doodling on this one and doing a bit of asemic writing.
And this one I liked the shapes cut out from paper and what was left behind.
Someone said they saw a red alligator in this one - once you see it you can’t unsee it!
This might be my all-time fave because of the colours and shapes.
And the inside back cover:
This project was a lot of fun as always. And as usual, I did the bulk of it in the last week or two.
Thanks so much for joining me today! Remember you can also find me on Instagram where I post pretty much daily. Stay safe out there.
This book turned out so well, I don't even know where to begin. I can only take a few pages at once and then have to go back and see them again. I am SO glad this is on your blog, so I can continue to admire it awhile longer.
